Is "racial bias education" code for changing their policy on loitering? Because that's why the two men were arrested. They were taking up seats meant for paying customers.

Educate yourself

That 'education' of course being, you can do whatever you want without consequences.

The sensitivity training will consist of let black people do whatever they want. For all other customers, the company policy still applies.

All of this for the bad judgment of one person? It would seem THAT one person involved needs the extra training. What about the jobs of those who did nothing wrong?

I don’t consider this a racial problem because I have seen them do that to white people for not being able to pay as well . Also anyone who goes to Starbucks a lot knows no buy no restroom no matter what skin color

Most of the employees in SB are black. So are they “racial-biased”?
-
"most employees are black" just curious......where do you get that stat from?
-
In the USA Starbucks, where else? And which ones you go? Norway?
-
lol Im asking.......where do you come up with that stat? I've been there, to multiple stores, as most people....is the population, where you're at, mainly black people? that would explain the claim....
-
From Starbucks itself? Do you see everything only in colors? Lolpic.twitter.com/yCGAvXsC0d
-
Doesn't that go against your point?
-
Barely, as most of the ones who serve your coffee are blacks, and 40 of the total employees are black. So that is the relevant point.
