It's not a Cold War. It's an actual war. With Trump and Bolton at the helm, it was bound to happen, sadly.

Our intentions are to only Syrian bases that have chemical weapons in Syria. Not to attack any Russian bases or their subs that might be in the Mediterranean sea or anywhere else. I don't think there are any boots on the ground. It's a precise strike.

Whether that translates into Russian as just a strike on the chemical weapons bases of Assadds we'll have to wait and see.

Bottom line: Trump and his warhawk nat sec adviser Bolton wanted "shock and awe" but U.S. mil would deliver them only a one-off "tickle." The generals apparently have decided NOT to give Trump and Bolton the "full wag." Bad news for Trump's future as POTUS.

No schit. That would be something one would/should expect. This isn’t Cold War... yet. Getting close as Putin is having problems controlling Trump. Trump is acting/striking out.
