Can’t he just stay in the dressing room until the anthem is done? I jest. But he’s made his point already; I’d like to see him get a job.

This is more of a liberal wish. He is not that good. Lots better QB in the draft that respect our Country.

I guess playing according to team rules is against his principals. I think by now the owners realized that people watch the games to be entertained and get away from divisive politics. It is his choice to be employed or not.

The NFL is pathetic. In the one hand you have this, and on the other you have the 49ers continuing to employ a player who is credibly accused of battering his girlfriend.

Something here just doesn't sound right. If they truly did not hire him because he may take a knee, wouldn't that strengthen his lawsuit against them for collusion to not hire him? I think there's more to this story than what is being reported here right now.

I don't dispute that. That is absolutely the truth. My question is why, with ongoing lawsuits regarding collusion, would they do that. Doesn't make sense to me.
