The legal precedent that has been established by the Supreme Court says that schools can only regulate free speech should it be determined to be a “substantial disruption of the educational process” so it will be interesting to see how this evolves.

IMO? A seriously douchey thing to make a statement for at school, given today’s fearful climate. But sadly, even douches have constitutional rights.
