I have zero sympathy for this. The rules are clear and she obviously knew because she had a doctgor's note - which the rules also stated would not be sufficient. I suspect there is more than a bit of publicity hunting here by a "prolific blogger."

She wants a payday. Their policy, which she claimed not to be aware of, is on their web site. Since she claims she didn’t know about it, why did she come armed with a doctor’s note saying she was fine to cruise?

It’s for safety. Airlines have a similar policy. She knew the rules. cc:@Heather_Poole

It says she is 24 going on 25 sounds like splitting hairs.. but armed guards to escort her out.. Disney could have done better

That wasn’t Disney. The rules are the rules. The armed guards are not affiliated with the Disney Cruise Line but are with the Miami-Dade Police Department. If she went into labor she’d complain that Disney didn’t provide proper healthcare. Why risk it?

If a woman is pregnant that can happen at any time ..

So why risk it? Healthcare on a ship isn’t like American Healthcare. Not even close.

Interesting how her vlog has gotten so much media attention now 🤔. Clearly Disney is in the right. Rules are rules and you have to read and agree to the rules in order to sail. If you show up at an airport and start yelling at a gate agent, TSA is going to escort you out as well

Why would you have thought you would be able to board when you were past the 24 weeks? Not sure what your video was trying to accomplish when the employesss were doing their job?

Disney is just trying to prevent pregnant women from intentionally giving birth on a Disney Cruise in order for their baby to have US/Disney dual citizenship.

I don't see where the cruise ship did anything wrong. The rule was posted, so it was the preggie that SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER than to try.
