Don't forget the secret Chipotle ingredient.....E-Coli. Seriously though, I think they got that issue squared away. Try it.

I don't think that it's such a good idea to cook food in plastic bags. Seriously. I can get better results using a Crock Pot at home.

Thanks! I like the idea of using canning jars. A nephew of mine loves cooking using the sous vide method & swears by it. His wife cares for home & kids (3). He's in charge of cooking when he gets home.

Who wants a NY Chipotle burrito? I make my own and everyone loves them. 60 yr old recipe my mother got from the Mexican women she worked with. US Mexican food is NOT what they eat in Mexico.

Well duh. Of course we can make them at home. And it will cost us nearly twice as much in time, energy and $. That's why we have restaurants in the first place: to give ourselves a break.

Alert: Chipotle's isn't very good. Every Mexican joint I've ever been to served up a better burrito than Chipotle's.
