Stephon Clark was killed March 18 in his grandmother's backyard. Sacramento police officers thought he had a gun, but he was holding a cellphone.https://usat.ly/2GUJgp2

I can't blame him for expressing himself in that manner. To lose a love one to gun violence is devastating. Personally, thank God, I can't relate to this.

When you are a Black man you are always a suspect in the eyes of Police in the US?

No, when you are breaking car windows and trying to gain access to other peoples car then, run from police when they approach you, you are a suspect.

You know as well as I do, that he was gunned down for having a cellphone, Not a gun or breaking into people's cars!!

No actually I don’t. Dark only dealing with silhouettes, with a person acting as a criminal?

How many shots did he fire at the police? How many cops did he hit? None, his actions were not violent.

This happened in the dark. Nobody can distinguish from a distance what someone is holding in one hand. When they do not respond in the way instructed and initiate what could be a threatening move, the outcome is the result of their own doing.

Why was he vandalizing cars? He put himself in a position to have to deal with the cops in a negative way. Your car is safer without him around.

Breaking into cars or not. That is not a death penalty crime nor are police supposed to be judge, jury & executioner.

It’s easy to judge when you are not in other people’s shoes. This outcome was unfortunate, but there are so many factors that influenced it....
