It is time to #AmendTheSecond as to the right to keep and bear arms - to redefining what it means to own guns and how gun ownership should be redefined in the 21st century.

It’s important to note that Stevens is a REPUBLICAN. The majority of liberals and even some republicans simply want #CommonSenseGunLaws (and common sense), not to #RepealTheSecondAmendment.

As american citizens, we are guaranteed our bill of rights. The first 10 amendments. The government couldn’t repeal the 2nd amendment if they wanted to.

As Americans we are not responsible enough and dont have the Self Control not to use a Gun to kill....therefore we have to sacrifice that right in Law.

Repeal is not possible without upending Articles 4 & 1 of the Constitution. However, a modification to clarify its applicability so the the monkeys masquerading as 2A'ers can put their ignorance to rest. Not sure it would work on these knuckle draggers.

What next? Repeal would mans rights? The right to free speech? One you start messing with the constitution and especially the bill of rights, it is not America anymore. What an insult to every American who died defending our freedom from any form of suppression.

No one is never wrong and all knowing....especially in Constitutional Law...common Law is very dynamic and forever changing thats why Advocates (lawyers) and courts are necessary.....to try and prevent anarchy and lawlessness but with Guns we all have failed....happy easter xx
