So, is Trump correct in his assertion that former president Barack Obama "legalized bump stocks?" Sort of.https://usat.ly/2DQwRza

It doesn't matter. What really matters is that trumpism is the ruling in the here and now. Yet this person, with presidential title, has done nothing to get guns off the street.

Read the report.. Obama administration approved the sale of bump stocks and they chose to do nothing to stop them. So trump is telling the truth.

That should be plenty of reason for Trump to outlaw them.

Trump very carefully kept saying the "Obama administration," which could be some nameless worker while Obama was president, so why does USA Today keep writing "former president Barack Obama," as though Obama did it personally? Obama gets blamed for enough that he did not do.
