If found violating the NDA, staffers would be penalized $10 million, to be paid to the government.https://usat.ly/2pn3krS

The @ACLU has addressed this and @POTUS is wrong and it's unconstitutional. Trump is feeling the walls closing in.

The people who work in The White House are paid their salaries by the taxpayers of the United States. Just FYI.

I completely agree, but in theory the president is representing the majority of the states votes, meaning that the taxpayers chose him to lead the country, even if it is down a cliff. Then, he is taking actions with the blessing of the taxpayers he is representing. Screwd up...

Wait… Their salaries come from taxpayers. That means that they are accountable to taxpayers. NDAs might work for private corporations, but not taxpayer-funded government positions

Trump still cannot differentiate between his corrupt, mob boss, who gives a shit, business practices and constitutional law, ethics, and accountability. The GOP continues to allow this. Sad!

When a person is so hellbent on non-disclosure agreements, you know he has a whole lotta sh*t he doesn't want the public to know. Governments should be as transparent as cellophane.
