This is a frivolous lawsuit. The state constitution is clear, the legislature can write and pass a law that raises the age of gun ownership. FL already has 21 as the age required for handguns

They may wish that, they don't and public sentiment has turned against them. They are a domestic terrorist organization

The bullying tactics of the NRA are NOT going to work anymore, and they better start realizing that!! People's lives are more important than their money making schemes.....they will be coming to an end- like Harvey Weinstein!

If the writers of the constitution knew there would be gun nuts the second amendment would not exist.

So, a not-for-profit is suing a state over its laws. What a bunch of tools.

They’re not suing for money. They’re suing because the law is unconstitutional and to reverse the law.

The greatest sales job next to the guy who thought of charging for water was that the NRA is there to protect the 2nd Amendment. Its just a powerful lobbying group formed by gun companies to protect those companies best interests which is selling a shit ton of guns.

The idea of a good guy with a gun being the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun was thought up by someone who wants to sell two guns.
