Blocked on my end
Those thieves just don’t get it. I report all of them to CBI, Colo. MMJ Enforcement and Twitter. Those ass holes are the reason we have to fight for legalization.
The selfishness on their end is serious. Karma always wins eventually.
There's just too many ppl out there, I get at least two solicitors a day and I'm getting tired of that crap. Do they think ppl are dumb?
yes they count on it
What do thoughtful Louisianians make of this ranking? @MacCocktail @nolacampanella @jameskarstpic.twitter.com/22QEcjVKOp
It makes me think of this.https://twitter.com/jameskarst/status/823963113691185153 …
Louisianians don't really drink to excess. It's more of a socially acceptable environment for casually drinking at any given moment of the day. Have a drink or two at lunch, wine with dinner, a beer on the tailgate while you watch your kid's baseball practice, etc. We handle it.
So no one on bourbon st is from Louisiana ?

Bourbon Street is ALWAYS full of locals. Here's how it looked when the @Saints won the Super Bowl:

I don't think you can cherry pick a single data point, and an outlier at that, to prove this point. But I did not say locals didn't go there, just that it's the out of towners that are passing out.
I'll say that people in other states seem to drink until they're blinding passed-out drunk. We have some of that here, but not to their extent. Compare next weekend's St Pat's revelries here vs elsewhere. Here it's another Saturday. Elsewhere it's "drink drink drink drink!"
So pretty much if you live near the Canadian border and can't go outside 5 months of the year because it's too cold and miserable...........
I'm surprised that North Dakota is #1 and South Dakota didn't even crack the top 10. You'd think they'd be similar.
