Dick's and Walmart should be able to set a policy as to who they will sell guns to. But then shouldn't a bakery be able to set a policy as to who they will bake cakes for?

I think there’s a difference between policy and discrimination.

No shirt, no shoes, no service. As long as there are not laws against discrimination against a particular group of people (Federal, State, or Local), you have the right to refuse service.

Ok, so then we also can sue 55+ communities, the AARP, McDonald’s Playland (most have an age limit), don’t forget Chuck E Cheese and LEGO playlands since adults can’t go in without a kid, all places that give senior citizen discounts...

The people screaming "It's not fair they won't sell him gun!" are the same people who cheer on the bakery owners who refuse to sell wedding cakes to gay couples. Ain't hypocrisy grand?

So a baker shouldn’t have to bake a cake for a gay couple but he should be forced to be sold a rifle? Get out of here with that crap
