Microaggressions, or as we used to call it, living among people.

NONSENSE. You have no right to NOT BE OFFENDED. My right to express myself supercedes your need to not be challenged emotionally.

Microaggressions happen to almost everyone in daily life. Disrespect, which is really what they are referring to here in this article, is as common as the fly.

Mental that's for sure. Physical yeah I can see that also. Running around screaming your head off could possibly damage your vocal cords. And then you have the choice of clothing. Wearing a vagina outfit in public.

This means , you are your siblings keeper. You are an accomplice if you allow it in your presence. If you know it is wrong, say it immediately. Don't grumble about how wrong you thought it was in private. Do it openly, shamelessly, IN PUBLIC, IMMEDIATELY. Courage is contagious

Confidence is sexy. Being the black sheep makes you more valuable. We make a difference every day by being who we are. Don't let fear of rejection make you an accomplice. Be fearlessly YOU.

Yes, everyone needs to be a victim of someone else, so we all need to feel wronged. If we do not feel adequately wronged then others will accuse of being the one doing the 'wrongs.' Constantly telling people that they should take everything confrontationally is the problem.
