'Lady Bird' is one of the best-reviewed movies of all time, by Rotten Tomatoes' standards, but it will likely go home empty-handed on Oscars night.https://usat.ly/2EXv3Kf

More often than not, academy award winning movies are terrible. Makes me think it’s about the amount of money spent to get the award.

When you look back at previous years, there's all kinds of unfair outcomes. But then again, it's a relatively small group who votes, and they're entitled to their opinion. It's not a science.

Black panther is gonna win every award. If it doesn't, the Oscars are literally hitler.

Isn’t an Oscar an award given to actors by actors? Why do we care what they think? They are literally paid to pretend to be other people. The ones who are best are paid the most.

I think Rotten Tomatoes ruin a lot of movies and for people going to see movies in general.

Don't get me wrong, I'll still go see a bad reviewed movie by RT, I believe that there are some movies that have gotten a bad collection of numbers due to RT. At leave Siskle and Ebert gave their own opinion and generally the movies were crap.
