Monica, Clinton was wrong to take advantage of you, but admit it was consensual!

IMO, he did take advantage of her. The most powerful man in the world vs a 23 year old with a crush.

That was my exact first thought, that she was young and naive, then wasn't positive if my knowledge was correct. I definitely believe he took advantage of that naivety.

Yep. But I don't think she can play the #MeToo card. Just IMO.

When she got “famous” I was still a teen in Canada who thought she was gross & I looked up to the cool president Bill Clinton. I realise just how wrong I was. She rocks, is a survivor, and I look down on Clinton now.

She initiated it at all by bending over in front of him and pulling her underwear up so he could see it was a thong. She seduced him.

So if someone shows you their underwear you ditch your family commitments, responsibilities to your job, ethics, and all sense of propriety and go for it because what, pheromones? She might not be exactly textbook “innocent” but come on

Now if you're talking about all the bullshit she had to deal with due to Ken Starr and others, yes, she's definitely a survivor. But I draw the line at lumping her in with the other #MeToo people.

I am indeed talking about her as a survivor of the hate and public shaming. She was our modern Hester Prynne and she was destroyed as a person. But she’s still kicking and trying to do good things. That’s admirable. I believe in redemption.

Public shaming was justified for how she behaved as an intern and how he behaved as the President, her boss. BOTH were shamed (not like Hester's situation.) Clinton & D's threw her under the bus. Badly done. If she learned from that ordeal, great. She has a right to peace.

Revisionist to get in metoo club. Regretting a decision doesn’t make you a victim.

It’s so sad her life was ruined. No man could ever take her home. She was stained. No pun intended. Bill Clinton stayed married. Is now a grandfather. And is respected. The young woman’s life tarnished. She was the vixen. Never pays to sleep with married men. #MonicaLewinsky

He went through public shaming and an impeachment trial. No one said he was innocent. A person who sleeps with a married person, knowingly and aggressively, is no saint.
