        By sitting in his car, staring at the school. This just sounds creepy. Not once does he mention what specialized training he’s had to do this. And just because he’s been in the military doesn’t mean he’s been trained for dealing with active shooters.

        Right. Because the military trains you to hide under stairs and behind parked cars when an armed enemy is shooting at you and/or those you're tasked to serve.

        The article mentions a plan. If that plan is publicized outside of a need-to-know, it is deficient. Show me a plan and I will find holes. FL shooter used knowledge of plan....stay in locked classroom....to his advantage. he got them out by using fire alarm BEFORE their 'code red'
