        Funny I played high school b-ball with a player who was heavily recruited and when he signed the entire family had new Caddys or a Lincoln. The team had more sneakers than we knew what to do with. He signed with UK & then. To the pros.

        Unis make so much money off their athletes. While I don't think they should be paid per se, some of that money should be set aside in accounts for each student athlete and given to them upon graduation or leaving the school. The rest should fund other student activities.
