@MerriamWebster What is the definition of "yank", please? "1: to pull or extract with a quick vigorous movement" "2: to remove in or as if in an abrupt manner"

Congrats to both teams on a hard fought game, with good & bad moments from each team. They have met at all 18 World Championships - they're the two best teams in the world - what better for a Gold medal game. No team made it easy. Kudos ladies! #1stcontinentofhockey #teamcanada

#TeamCanada we are so proud of you! Silver is great. #shameonUSAtoday for putting up this article focusing on negativity and choosing a photo that is disrespectful to these athletes who fought so hard to keep the gold they held for 20 years.

Unfortunately it was caught on camera, no sooner was it put on and she pulled it right off, the presenter was still right next to her. The shame is strictly hers.

Canada is an excellent team, but they displayed very Poor Sportsmanship...Accept your defeat and congratulate Team USA and say, "Great Job" everyone"! And, I might add, "There's No Crying in Hockey"

That girl is a total disgrace to Canada did the americans ever do that when they did not win? I would never let herplay for Canada again. I dont think Don Cherry would even defend her on this.Little girls in Canada look up to these women and she just taught poor sportmanship.

That WOMAN is allowed to be disappointed. Should she have waited, probably; but that’s not your call. Any coach worth their salt will use this as a positive teaching moment.

Correct she should be allowed to be disappointed ,however she should have enough respect to be a good sport, remember many little girls in Canada who look up to them and want to play for Canada someday she not be taught that.I know US has never done that to Canada when losing.

Dude. Chill. It’s not like she dropped it on the ice or dragged her flag (like Shawn White did). Still not your place to pass judgement.
