This is a VALID REASON to get suspended for three days. If my kid got suspended I’d add the suspension letter to my book of Proud Parent Moments.

One could also sue the crap out of the school. It was a court decision in 1965. Students don't shed their first amendment rights at the door of a school.

His school will be empty. They will gladly protest & take the 3 day vacation.

Too bad he isn't facilitating the powerful lesson in democracy the students will have when the walk-out in protest of school shootings. Brave high school students will walk out anyways. More power to them!!

This school board should be worried because these senior high school students of 18 years of age will vote them out.

That is just wrong. These kids have the right to stand up for themselves since the adults in this government have neglected to address the issues of school shootings. Get out there and back these kids up. I believe in them.
