I was made fun of for being tall. I am fine. Truly. Kids are mean while they figure things out. That will never change (pssst-it’s part of growing up). I don’t know of a kid who didn’t get razzed for SOMETHING. Can we please grow a pair??

Did you see the big uproar about the peter rabbit film? Throwing blackberries at a child who was allergic to them? Disgusting thing to teach kids!! Do people not understand how serious allergies can be!?

my daughter has never been teased about her food allergy. It's part of who she is & she's fine with it.

this is yet another ridiculous headline. kids tease each other, it's part of being young. everyone I know was teased about something so you should probably write stories about all of their challenged too

I really think this is a matter of those kids toughening up, because if it isn’t allergies, the “fun makers” will find something else to make fun of...

Does the being made fun of for those 1 in 3 children cause developmental or other long term issues? If not then STFU and laugh along like you would have anyways.

Many kids these days are too clean. Some may very well have serious food allergies that can not be changed, but others have these allergies because they aren’t exposed enough to the food.
