No one is asking how did he get the gun in the school?

I wonder if the parents are licensed gun owners. They probably have a gun for self protection. It wasn’t locked up probably. The teen finds the gun takes it to school. Blame the parents? Or the teen?
-
The gun owner, the child is the victim. How hard could it be to lock up your weapons?
-
The child is not dumb. He found the gun and took it to school. Don’t tell me that teen doesn’t know the difference between right and wrong. I don’t necessarily blame the teen
-
The child’s intelligence and emotional state is definitely in question, but the responsibility belongs to the gun owner.

Where are the parents? Don't blame society and argue for gun control. Look to the parents and their lack of attention, interest, and control of their own kids. Parents should be arrested for allowing a kid if they age to even have access to a gun.
-
There’s some parents who are caught up in the whole social media/ political bullshit to actually have conversations with their kids anymore.
-
So true. How many times have you been at a restaurant...parent(s) looking at their cellphones, not their kids.

Does this qualify as a “school shooting”

-
Absolutely!
-
Any way to inflate those numbers.....
-
Inflate those numbers wtf. US has the most School shootings in the world, what needs to be inflated
-
How many have happened in 2018, what number do u believe?
-
One is too many, look around the globe in the US is number one sadly for shootings in schools.
-
Are we blaming the gun again, because of course that gun was sitting in that students back pack and said, I wanna shoot something and boom it went off, right isn’t that what happened?
-
No one is blaming an object, anyone can see eliminating or limiting guns of this kind is needed. The second amendment was written when the guns were firing a round every minute and took time to reload,
