Where's the facepalm emoji? Or do I have to make one?

Get out of here and quit using his picture as the image of a “broken boy”...he’s 19, planned this for a while and then followed through on it...he’s old enough to face whatever consequences come his way and we don’t have any that are enough for what he did

I was a boy and I had (have mental illness) I was bullied and picked on and have had my masculinity questioned.... I have had no desire to kill people for no reason. We keep trying to find patterns that don’t exist. There’s only one constant...

Experts??? This is semantics! Being a real man requires being a good man. The two are synonymous.

While the conversation they bring up is needed. This is not the context in which to have it.

Stop it. That happens in other countries too. We are the only one with mass shootings.

It doesn’t take experts to see that kids are not being raised like they used to be. It’s not about that. It’s about disciplini your kids and teaching them there are consequences for doing wrong. My son knows how to be a tough young man in sports but a good young man in life

Focus your efforts on stopping the NRA and work from there.
-
The NRA hasn’t harmed a single human being. Blaming them and Republicans is political rhetoric and nothing more. Democrats have no real solution because they don’t want to solve any of these problems. If they really did, they would have by now.
-
So what is the Republican solution? How exactly are the planning on stopping children from being gunned down in schools and classrooms? This is not a left or right issue! The right appears to comfortable with mass shootings continuing to happen with no recommendations.
-
The problem is everybody thinks you can just legislate this problem away. It’s not that simple. Some GOP’ers have suggested providing funding for schools to have armed security. This would actually work. Many schools already do or at least hire off-duty police officers.
-
Yeah right the school security guard at Stoneman was the assistant football coach who was killed. Giving a gunman another target to kill first is not the solution. Nor is militarizing the teachers. They don’t get paid enough money. We we cannot make laws to protect children why
-
Im curious as to what solution you have that would guarantee that school shootings wouldn't continue?
-
He doesn’t have one. He’s just spouting political rhetoric like a good liberal and not providing any real solutions.
-
I provided solutions. You are just unable to have an open discussion, consider that the other side of a discussion is not capable of solutions. Just remember that by your inaction you are just as responsible for any future murders as you pulled the trigger.
