        A full time police officer in every school would be a good place to start. That, and lock all doors so nobody gets in without getting cleared first, but that may already be in place.

        They are denied the funds because it's more important for @realDonaldTrump to golf in Florida then to pay law enforcement for thins they need to fight crimes with.
