You cannot love “ Socialism “ unless you live it. I did under Castro. Try having to have no property and work for the government

Glad you were able to escape. We need more people telling younger people what it’s really like to live under socialism.

Because they are an entire generation drowning in student debt and high housing costs and are lucky if they find a job for $35k/yr with shitty health insurance and less than 5% 401k contributions. It isn't hard to understand.

The biggest problem is they didn’t choose wisely. If you’re borrowing money to learn skills they better be marketable so the loans can be repaid.

Ok, I could buy that, but just hop on down off that high horse for a sec. We aren't talking about a small number of young people here. This is a systemic problem. Preaching personal responsibility doesn't fix systemic problems.

I've been saying for years that #HelicopterParenting is turning out kids who don't take personal #accountability, can't handle conflict, any kind of rejection, or look at things objectively, & expect things to be just handed to them. It's a contributing factor to this mentality.

It’s because we have an entire generation who had everything handed to them, including the false idea they needed to take on debt for college. Now they can’t provide for themselves and think it should be the job of the government, which it should not be.

Kids raised in richest country prefer socialism? Raised in dictatorship, friends from socialists. Media & H’wood = dictator’s weapon, ie. China, N Korea, Russia? Media avoids Hilary’s & Obama’s betrayal, Benghazi, Uranium, debt. US, look what’s staring you in the face, PLEASE.

If they love socialism it’s because they don’t pay any attention to history. Do some research.
