So smalltown, Midwestern folk manage their credit better or don't have anything worth damaging credit over? Since there are middle of nowhere, USA rent is probably cheap, so is car note, school, groceries, etc. I highly doubt those scores would hold if swapped people in cities.

Are you serious? Those cities in the south are the most affordable places to live. A good credit score has little to do with income. It’s about being responsible and paying your bills on time. Minneapolis isn’t cheap and San Fran is about as expensive as it gets.

I addressed San Fran literally after my 1st post. https://twitter.com/Sportsfeeder1/status/951483349436125184 … rereading my first post I could've been clearer. Meant to compare Minneapolis amd neighbors with big cities(ny, chicago, houston Philly, LA) and their neighbors not those southern cities.

San Fran is an outlier. Tech bubble according to some has popped, is popping, or will pop. That would change dynamics of population. Influx of nerdy, tech kids with sparkling credit and good jobs forcing people out of San Fran might not last.
