Apparently, judges these days no longer uphold the laws of "The United States of America".

Sorry, but Dreamers Act & DACA need to end. Use this analogy, if you are caught sneaking into Disneyland or Coachella what happens? Everyone who sneaks in gets kicked out. (DEPORTED)

How can a Judge in California make a decision for the entire Country?

Because he is a federal judge. That’s their job. To protect human beings even though they are undocumented. There is a law that protects individuals based on national origin.

Who is protecting legal American citizens? Why should those who entered illegally get special protection from the same laws the citizens of the USA must abide by?

We already have the protection in this country. So stop!!! Those dreamers are an asset to this country. All of them work and all of them pay taxes to this country. And non of them have committed any crimes.

Huh? All undocumented illegal work and pay taxes? How can you stand behind that statement?? Some do, true. We can not give everyone a blanket pass for violating our laws.

Yes, I can. If you have been watching real news, not @FoxNews and read, they do have a permit to work and they are going to school and a lot of them are bright students. They came here with no fault of their own. When they were children. This is the only country they know.

I got ya. You are just referring to those who actually applied for DACA and are doing their best to follow the process in place. I’m with you on that.

Yes, I am not for open borders, I do agree with you on that. But, I am not going to just throw good assets that can be good for this country, and can be great Americans. Many of these individuals want to even serve in the military as well! Now that’s something to be proud of.

This is an absolute joke. Whether you agree with DACA or not, or any executive order for that matter, Trump has every legal right to change. Another example of federal judges politicizing the judicial system.

There are laws in this country that protects human beings even though they are not citizens. That protected class falls under national origin protections. You are not a judge, and Trump is not a king.

Yeah of course there are. Laws that protect them from getting murder, etc. But that's not what DACA was doing and you don't have to be a judge to understand executive orders. Try again.
