Is that seat taken? Southwest Airlines seat-savers drive some passengers crazy.https://usat.ly/2B5Yi7G

@SouthwestAir I don't understand ... just allow seats to be chosen when tickets are purchased. I recently flew Southwest ... and I saw no difference in the boarding time.

We have found open-seating works best for our Customers, so we have no plans to change the boarding process at this time. Your feedback has been taken to Heart! ^KM

Doesn't sound like you're "taking" feedback. People are legit complaining and you're complete ignoring.

That's exactly WHY I don't fly SWA. I prefer a window seat forward of the wing box.

I like the way @SouthwestAir does it! If you want to pay more for an assigned seat- then go do that somewhere else and leave my fav airline alone! As Bruno sings, “you’re amazing- just the way you are” ✈️❤️💛💙

Recently flew for the first and last time with S/W. Having to sit with strangers and splitting up couples due to their boarding policy.. #pass

No policy until someone acts so inappropriately that a flight attendant gets hurt due to the fact he or she should not be handling seat situations. People will always take something to the next level like saving seats which they shouldn’t

When did this shit start? Totally unacceptable... you get your number, you stand in line, you take any seat available and you're good to go... no bullshit "seat saving".

We fly southwest a minimum of 5 times a year.Ihave never witnessed anyone arguing over a seat nor anyone running over someone to get a seat.I occasionally save a seat for one person-never more.It is always a center seat at least 6-10 rows back.

Flew once and hated this airline, never again. We were all running to our seats and two men actually pushed each other down to get on the plane first. This policy on this Airline brings out the worst in some people.

Good grief. Everyone gets a seat and will get to the same destination at the same time. Unless you are traveling with a small child-does it really matter where/who you sit by? #dontsave and #findanotherseat
