They'll have to raise it to about $60/hr to compensate for the #TaxScamBill.

Any raise under $15/hr would be "toward $15 hour". Not one 1 on your little chart there got to $12.

In Seattle it's $15.00/hr, question is do you tip the same in the purple states that pays full wages before tips? https://www.dol.gov/whd/state/tipped.htm …

Definitely going out less, the portion sizes have decreased and prices have increased to compensate for the extra cost of running a business.

And if you work in the restaurant business you've already seen a rise in prices on the menu to cover cost.

so let's see fastfood places are going to be forced to up the payrate of person who takes your order & drops the fries in the fryer to $15, meanwhile the receptionist at a md office gets 14 an hr & has greater responsibility, that makes sense.

If Republicans want to get rid of the health insurance mandate....we shouldn’t pay our mandated car insurance either.
-
What an ignorant statement , you definitely don’t have car insurance
-
In case you didn't know....let me educate you. if you own a car...insurance on that car is mandated by nearly every state. Please do some research
-
And yet 12.5 percent of Americans don’t have it.... assuming the same 12.5 percent that is upset they aren’t getting free healthcarepic.twitter.com/TuXwOj34c7

Rejoice America. Raises in minimum wage have a history of raising wages across the board (for hourly work anyway). And at the very least this will increase worker mobility and help people find work that doesn't suck.
