They'll have to raise it to about $60/hr to compensate for the #TaxScamBill.

Any raise under $15/hr would be "toward $15 hour". Not one 1 on your little chart there got to $12.

In Seattle it's $15.00/hr, question is do you tip the same in the purple states that pays full wages before tips? https://www.dol.gov/whd/state/tipped.htm …

Definitely going out less, the portion sizes have decreased and prices have increased to compensate for the extra cost of running a business.

And if you work in the restaurant business you've already seen a rise in prices on the menu to cover cost.

so let's see fastfood places are going to be forced to up the payrate of person who takes your order & drops the fries in the fryer to $15, meanwhile the receptionist at a md office gets 14 an hr & has greater responsibility, that makes sense.

If Republicans want to get rid of the health insurance mandate....we shouldn’t pay our mandated car insurance either.

Rejoice America. Raises in minimum wage have a history of raising wages across the board (for hourly work anyway). And at the very least this will increase worker mobility and help people find work that doesn't suck.
