Totally missed his opportunity to stand up and own his bad behavior, instead we get this. I am very disappointed in him. His "I remember it very differently" strategy is weak, consistent with other predators & doesn't help the healing process for victims. It's really a bad look.

Recognize the honesty. Acknowledge he may be telling the truth. He so far is the only political figure to acknowledge his behavior. He gets create for that.

Relative to the others, sure, but that is an extremely low bar. This is not honesty. I am a Republican, but liked Senator Franken and thought he was a voice of reason in the Senate & a good counter balance, so this is not a partisan attack, as I am disgusted with my own party.

Until I see evidence to contrary I am willing to accept his version as much as I am the accusers. If I believe him to be basically honorable (no evidence to the contrary), I will accept what he believes.

You're entitled to your own beliefs, it's a beautiful thing. I find his accusers credible & his explanations lacking credibility. I also find Trump's accusers credible, as well as Moore's. Just my opinion. I wish you well!

He didn't say none of them were true; he just remembered it differently. Remember, he still is the only political figure to acknowledge and apologize for his behavior.
