        They definitely shouldn’t get bonuses but if you have a finance/ accounting/ economics degree your skills are more valuable than working a cash register or stocking a shelf.

        Bonus to Executives Toys R Us says. Executives don’t boost sales, salespeople boost sales. Give the workers the bonus, you know, the people who actually do the work.

        Executives don't "boost sales"! Front line employees, armed with the right product and promotions, boost sales. Spend some of that money on incentives for them, and you would see results!!
