As a Type 1 diabetic, telling someone to eat as much as they want because it's a "free item" makes me furious. It is down right dangerous. If someone like me (T1) who is not as informed as I am, ate this stuff and didn't take the appropriate insulin to cover it, they could die.

Corn is used to fatten pigs. People need to limit corn intake. Eat more greens instead.

Zero points does not mean ‘free’. Just because bananas are 0 doesn’t mean I could eat 5 per day 7 days a week and lose weight. This tweet is wrong. You should rephrase.

I tried weight watchers and watched my weight alright! Changed to whole-plant vegan way of life and the weight falls off. The point I track is healthy nutrition!

Yes because their programs have worked so well until now . Programs like this keep you a prisoner of bad choices and a slave to point counting and no education about food.
