It was a BLM agent gun and should have been locked up. They haven’t released name cause of safety for him. claims he found it on a park bench. Police aren’t denying that. Bullet hit pavement and killed her by accident. Tragic but an accident.

Ah ok, thanks for clearing that up. Involuntary Manslaughter and/or Criminal negligence should've been a charge then if thats the case

Disgusting. This dirt bag should be in jail for the rest of his life. Shows how weak their justice system is.

What a disgrace! San Francico should be ashamed of itself! Kate Steinle is dead because of a man who shot her admiringly and who shoukdn't be in this country to begin with. San Francisco protected him from deportation. The idiot jury represents that city to a tee!

This literally makes me sick to my stomach. I don't care about the immigration issue, but this guy clear as day murdered this woman. It's not disputable. How dumb are juries?

Guns just don't go off. They don't kill people accidentally. It's either a purposeful act or an accident due to negligence, both are crimes. This verdict is disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting and shocking! 7 time felon on parole. Illegally in the USA after being deported 5 times, shoots a stolen gun into a crowd (caught on tape), killing a 24 yr old, throws gun in bay, flees the scene. Is found not guilty! Wtf!! #katesteinel

Reminds me of the Police Officers caught on video all across America Killing Unarmed Black Males, many with multiple killings then exonerated by all white Jurors. Humm! I guess nothings wrong with that. Sad! Let’s hear the Outcry! @USAGSessions @BillOReilly @POTUS @BLMNYC
