Dogs really shouldn't be gnawing on bones or rawhide chews. Neither are good because dogs swallow chunks. Buy bone broth for pets.

THANK YOU for reporting this. I just shared on FB for all the rescues and fosters that I am networked with in Houston, TX. Please stay on top of this for us.

I lost my dog Lucy here in the UK when she choked on a dried pork type treat. They should be withdrawn from sale.pic.twitter.com/eY5uWr2KVZ

I’m so sorry

Thanks. It was 2 years ago now. She had a tumour and was 15 so i didn't want them operating on her throat. It was a traumatic time though.

Thank you for this Joe. Much needed. Any caveat about rawhide? What about femurs with marrow sold in supermarkets?
-
There are many horror stories out about dogs dying after having rawhide. Please don’t use. Ever!!

Where are they sold and they are just called dog treats?. Or are they called something else?
