        @ChrisCuomo came out of the box chomping at the bit for Mr. Ball to thank Trump. Why is this news? If the son thanked him, why was 10 minutes of banter back and forth necessary to watch? You can’t bully someone into thanking you. Cuomo disappointed me. So did CNN. @usatoday
