Burn in is bad on OLED, so don’t use OLED for gaming. FYI

Hi, I wrote the article. We actually tested OLED burn-in extensively (http://televisions.reviewed.com/features/what-to-know-about-oled-screen-burn-in-problems-causes-image-retention …) and it's quite avoidable!
-
100 hours? That’s not stress testing, I don’t know about you but turning my TV set off for hours to reset it, isn’t an advance.
-
Can't imagine a situation where you'd incur burn-in if it isn't an issue after 100 straight hours. Just be a lil' careful for the first week
-
I can, you play a game with the same heads up display daily, the burn in would be severe & the only fix is to turn it off? Pass OLED=Burn in
-
But also OLED has a lower life expectancy than LED/LCD. LCD is cheaper and no burn in. With FALD and HDR LCD comes close to image quality.
-
Also input lag is higher with OLED technology.

All of these concerns are leagues less pressing than they were 2-3 years ago, I assure you. Only HDR is presenting input lag problems now
