This is very true! The stress got so bad last year and has continued this year. Burn out is high.

What adult in any profession gets 8 hours of sleep? Exercise and eat healthy solves a lot of problems

We don’t get lunch breaks. We don’t get restroom breaks. We get to school by 6 am and leave after 5 or 6. Go home, grade papers, prepare.

And I still find time to coach the basketball team
