As a black woman i'm sick of reading stories like this. I'm going to go skip the pay/gender drama and go into business for myself 👍🏾

How does this chart respond to the question regarding the general gender pay gap between men and women without including race?

Regardless, as an African-American woman, I'm in a 6 figure equally paid field. Why not highlight the fields where women receive equal pay?

So do the black female employees of Gannette get equal pay??

Spelling matters. Gannett. But, to your point, I'm sure black women make, guessing here, 60 cents on the dollar at Gannett papers.

But I'm sure, with a readership of 2.3m, they're fine to write about the problem while at the same time perpetuate it.

Let's start with the fact that black women are not the most educated demographic in the U.S. and go from there.https://familyinequality.wordpress.com/2016/06/07/no-black-women-are-not-the-most-educated-group-in-the-us/amp/ …

How would there be a wage gap if they weren't getting any wages? You make no sense.
