Unplug it and the rings stop at night after 9:00 pm
Hahaha...
Funny !!
I take a night sleep of almost 6 hours

It's not my phone. It's my brain making nights sleepless.
My phone doesn't keep me up -- I use this thing called "mute". You may have heard of it.
There's a much better option than what you are suggesting here @USATODAY - for "night shift"
mode - turn off that cellphone
simple! turn it off! dgh!!
My 19 year old can't seem to put her phone down she's on Snapchat continuously - text messaging all hours of the night &Netflix
I tell her how bad is for her she's anemic and she really needs to take care of her health
I'm just a little bit different because I have painsomnia I get on it occasionally through the night but I do dim my screen
Perfect timing. Thanks a lot
