Perhaps Sprint should spend its money improving their network instead of creating these CS bots that don't help your image.

the insurance for phones were the worst. Nothing is ever covered not even theft or manufacturer problems.

The worst part was paying them monthly for two years of "unlimited data" I couldn't access in major metro area.

yes!! Theres never service in areas you expect it to have it! They may be cheap but in the end you get what you pay
