So if Charles is innocent, then how does he explain why his luggage smelled like marijuana? That wasn't mentioned here. Important!

If drugs were not in there at the time, the dog could have hit on the luggage from marijuana being in the luggage a while back.

I doubt the dog actually "hit" on anything. Gov't makes up crap all the time to steal from and spy on citizens!

Dogs don't make "up crap". The cops went by what the dog was trained to do. You're obviously a devoted pot smoker.

Charles should have used Fabreeze. Maybe the drug dog could have went Marijuana Nose Blind to the smell & charges dropped that way

Who TF cares what his luggage smells like! He was NEVER charged! Why should law enforcement be able to keep his $?!

Charles Clark II is just a code name for his real name: Singer, actor, Nick Cannon. So his name can stay out of the tabloids here.

A dog's nose is 400 times more powerful than a human's. Maybe more. & sizable sums of money like that is often drug profit related

I'm surprised Charles didn't weasel in the race card as an added boost. It's Charles' fault if his luggage smelled like Marijuana!
