this should be worded "4.2 mil saved by judge from being demoted and wages reduced by 30%". This was never going to increase pay.

That's false. It would have increased a lot of peoples pay. But some scumbag conservative judge decided to keep people poor instead

this ruling came 10 days before it was to go into affect. I know dozens of companies that already demoted many.
