@USATODAY Very BAD reporting. The lady had a DNR in place. Why let a fact get in the way of a sensational story!

@USATODAY This was inexcusable and should not have happened. We are in such a litigious society, that we let someone die for fear of lawsuit -
-
@TweeterNese@USATODAY Not an expert on DNR, but from what was reported, she couldn't breathe and needed help. I don't think DNR qualifes -
@mpolack CPR is done only if they are NOT breathing. Doesn't help with struggling to breath. DNR = comfort care only. They could give oxygen -
@TweeterNese You r entitled to your opinion, based upon what I read I don't believe DNR qualifies, and I believe they were wrong not 2 help -
@mpolack DNR means Do Not Resucitate which is what CPR is. Never the less inspite of media hype it's raised awareness & end of life discus. -
@TweeterNese I do know what the acronym stands for. I believe they were wrong. The allowed policy to come before compassion. Not a good combo -
@mpolack Policy was NOT the problem. It was the lady's wishes and her family agrees. That is what a DNR is all about. I'm done! LOL
