.@usatodayopinion: Don't make Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Ford a reprise of Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill. What will it say to our daughters and sons if we once again only believe him and not her?https://usat.ly/2xhyKVm

It will say that he is telling the truth and she's not. A good lesson for our daughters and sons to learn-- don't lie to get your way.

There's no evidence that she's lying. There's a lack of evidence that she's telling the truth. There's a lack of evidence that she's correctly remembering a traumatic event from 36 years ago. It's possible that she's not lying and he didn't molest her.

This is where I am at. I think this incident happened to her I’m just not sure it was Kavanaugh that did it....

This opinion piece basically says that we should believe any and all accusations against someone until they prove their innocence. Completely against the standards of our country.

What is it saying to our sons if we now we only believe the accuser? How about due process instead of a rush to believe every accusation hurled at men, ruining lives all around them? Ask questions. Let both sides be heard and then make your best judgement.

The reason why no one believed Anita Hill is because her story was completely fabricated.

Ok Congress do not muck this Kavanaugh thing up like you did Anita Hill. Get it right this time or you would have put 2 people on the highest court in the land that should be on the register

de, if you have a son or grandson I hope they never get accused of anything, because YOU will have them found guilty with absolutely no proof.

Me too! And Anita wasn’t credible. She was found lying multiple times and kept calling Thomas months after to supposed incident. Thomas was smeared just like I feel Kavanaugh is being smeared.

Your comment about our daughters and sons is absolutly rediculous. What will it say to our children if we convict an innocent person? The decision must be made on the basis of evidence.
