        Is that what happened in Houston or most recently in Florida? No, these are serious storms. You doubting the validity of the projection puts lives in danger (if people believe you). Those living in the Carolinas and Virginia should follow the advice of state authorities.

        I am not a government official. I can doubt whatever I want. The national media tends to create hyperbolic headlines to scare people into following their articles and projections. These 'catastophic' storms tend to be projected every 2 weeks. Some are legit, most aren't.

        projections can be wrong on purpose. You can declare a state of emergency before the storm and get money sent to your state which you then can misappropriate or embezzle. :3
