The private Christian college said in a press release that none of its student athletes would wear Nike uniforms anymore, "choosing country over company."https://usat.ly/2MeDek6

Not because they’re made from child labor in sweat shops but b/c a black man kneeled during a song the president doesn’t know the lyrics to

College of the Ozarks if Nike is promoting an atmosphere of division and disrespect then what in the hell do you say about Donald Trump? If you are ashamed of the face of Nike being Colin Kaepernick, then you better damn well be ashamed of Donald Trump being the face of America

Alex Jones is banned for promoting violence, his proponents cry censorship; Kaepernick kneels, that’s disrespect to the flag; Serena yells at ref; ref says she went too far; 45 insults everybody, but Lodestar is evil! Are we serious about free speech, or is this just a game?

We know it’s really not about that. It’s veiled xenophobia and sexism. It’s also the Christian right revealing it’s true colors as a cult based on exclusion and hatred. I can’t wait til a Democrat is president again and silly things “outrage” the conservatives that enabled Trump

Can’t they forgive Nike instead? It’s a Christian college, what are they teaching their students?

Awesome! This is THEIR protest and I support their right to do it while I whole heartedly support Kaepernik’s right as well. See, that’s how you do it. And thru this maybe, just maybe we’ll begin dialogue around why we view these situations differently.
