        Yes , it is true. Daylight is more healthier and advisable for open sunlight offices but now a days this becomes impossible to have a office powered by sunlight and not artificial lights. Building use natural sunlight will be more greener. @MahindraElctrc is best example

        I spent most of a looong career in the Pentagon, working in secure spaces, with absolutely no natural light. Near the end, I'd have to take a few minutes every couple of hours to walk around the windowed A Ring or the open Ground Zero center courtyard.
