        Yes & no. Obama's campaign finance issue was failing to report some donations over $1,100 within 48 hrs. The Trump campaign also had faced the same issue. CIVIL. That's where the similarities end. Intentional campaign finance violations (CRIMINAL), is what Trump is dealing with.
