Just before a wave of violence turned Baltimore into the nation’s deadliest big city, a curious thing happened to its police force: officers suddenly seemed to stop noticing crime. https://usat.ly/2uelbUW pic.twitter.com/bv7AQRxFuj

Well, boo hoo! They believed being a cop was going to be easy? It's not supposed to be easy. That's why they're supposed to trained, experienced, & educated to perform their jobs in a professional manner. That's what they signed up for!

You are right it's not an easy job to put their lives on the line at EVERY traffic stop, domestic abuse call, robbery and car chase. Now add getting gas, sitting in their cars and keeping order at a #BLM rally in Dallas. The rhetoric of the left make their jobs that much harder.

hard to be behind you when your "few bad apples" are being exposed left and right in fact it makes all those old claims of police brutality, cover up, frame up might be/are actually true GUT the system and rebuild from the ground up the system is obviously broken.

The “few bad apples” are much less in quantity than all the times the anti-police Leftists shout “police brutality and racism” and it turns out to be a lie.

So cops in Baltimore are losing motivation because they dont wanna explain how a man in the back of a paddy wagon broke his whole back.. Gotcha..

Cops in Baltimore are losing motivation because they don't wanna be responsible for junkie-pushers acting a deranged fool getting themselves killed with their dangerously lunatic conduct. Fixed it. You're welcome.

Thank Black Lives Matter, why should a cop risk himself , just to be scrutinized at every turn , chastised for every action, you want cops not doing their job , Baltimore is example one.

You know Dallas , where 6 officers got sniped protecting a BLM rally by a man claiming to be a part of BLM, prison guard is good , but not near as dangerous as one cop in a car alone , bullseye on their back, not a pat , but people need to quit bitching about them.

A similar "slow-down" in NYC after Eric Garner corresponded w/ a drop in violence. Correlation<>causation. "It is a damning indictment indeed if BPD officers feel they need the freedom to needlessly kill Baltimore residents to do their jobs effectively."https://www.cato.org/blog/do-not-take-wrong-lesson-baltimores-police-homicide-data …

Shocker. Who would’ve ever foreseen that one of our political parties making the cops out to be the bad guys would have any negative consequences??

If you worked for a police department that doesn't want to get "Ferguson'd", you would reward your employees for declining to do their jobs. Bothering to confront criminal scumbags like Freddie Grey prompted city officials leading a massive riot & arresting innocent officers.

Baltimore city officials have made it unmistakenly clear that the primary duty of its police officers is to leave alone beloved neighborhood junkies, dope pushers, and robbers like Freddie Grey.
