        Has nothing to do with who started it (this isnt prek) but has alot to do with the injustices in America. People can go around harrassing and assaulting mexicans resulting in zero charges. This guy gets a felony!

        Im not a lawyer but I believe (In NY) anyway those would be separate charges however the act of forcibly taking something from someone in of itself constitutes a felony & If they are injured in the commission of the robbery it's over ...Thats a felony
